Anambra State  University is another recognized university in Nigeria under the Anambra State Government, led by the incumbent governor, Charles Soludo Chukwuma. The University was established in 2000 and is also known as the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. Over the years, many willing applicants have been admitted into undergraduate and postgraduate studies and the cycle continues like that accompanied by subsequent graduations. 

Admission Requirements at the University of Anambra 

  • Score above 200 in JAMB.
  • Make the University your first choice. 
  • Sit and pass the Post JAMB examination/screening
  • Have at least five credit passes including Mathematics and English language in your WAEC/NECO results.
  • Course combination requirements will be based on the applicant’s course of choice.

 Anambra State University Admission Portal 

The Anambra State University admission portal gives access to potential students to apply and register for different programs. You can generate your Post Utme application invoice, fill out the Post Utme form, generate a direct entry application invoice, and fill out the form too. On this same portal, you can check your admission status by just entering your JAMB registration number. However, this can only be after you have applied to the school and it has been confirmed that your application was received.

The University is a state University and because of this, the school fee may be higher that ones paid in federal Universities across Nigeria. Also, students of the school may not pay the same amount as some faculties may pay higher than others;
