Write your CV in such a way that even a Robot can read it
Going forward, most recruiters have seen what Artificial Intelligence can help them with – writing job descriptions, prescreening videos, assessing candidates, and selecting CVs that best match the job descriptions. So, you as an applicant must ensure that your CV appeals to both human recruiters and automated systems. Stick to common fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, and bullet points to organize information cleanly. Don’t forget to include relevant keywords too. Use headings like “Work Experience,” “Education,” “Skills,” etc., to categorize your information. This makes it easier for both humans and algorithms to navigate through your CV.
