Goke, based in Lagos, Nigeria, is the Co-founder and CEO of Helium Health. Helium Health is the leading provider of electronic medical records (EMR) in West Africa. The company has the support of Y Combinator and Tencent. Goke is a prominent figure in the technological advancements happening in Africa. He previously founded a popular social platform and productivity suite in Africa, boasting over 30 million users.
Additionally, Goke serves as the Managing Partner of Magic Fund, a venture capital firm located in San Francisco. Magic Fund specializes in backing early-stage startups, particularly in the healthcare industry. Some of the startups they have supported include Akido Labs, Apero Health, and Medumo.
Goke holds degrees in Engineering and Management from Johns Hopkins University, Morgan State University, and King’s College. He started his career in technology, working on various systems at notable companies such as Goldman Sachs, eBay, and PayPal.
Goke has been recognized and awarded for his accomplishments. He was named a 2019 Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree and a Future Africa Awards Honoree. He has also received notable awards from Chevron, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, the State of Maryland, and the Nigerian President, among others.

Helium Health, a health-tech company based in Lagos, has announced the successful completion of its Series B funding round, raising $30M. The funding exercise was led by AXA Investment Managers Alts, other participating investors include, Capria Ventures, Angaza Capital, Anne Wojcicki (Founder of 23&Me), and Flatworld Partners. Existing investors Global Ventures, Tencent, Ohara Pharmaceuticals, LCY Group, WTI, and AAIC also contributed to the funding round. Helium Health offers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools, financing, and insights to healthcare providers and public health organizations.
