- The applicant must be a citizen of Nigeria I should possess NIN
- Applicants applying with ordinary level certificate must be between the age of 18 and 22 other categories that requires higher qualification like the national diploma, national certificate of education and nursing and midwifery must be between the ages of 18 and 26 by 31 September 2023
- Applicants must not be married or have children
- Applicants with any of the following diseases must not apply, communicable disease, hearing problem, sight problem, physical disabilities, stammering. Also, an applicant who has tattoos on their body should not apply
- Applicant must be free of any criminal charges
- Applicant must not be less than 169 cm in height for males and 165 cm for females.
